Our History
Chief John Basil Mandilas founded the company now known as Mandilas Group Limited.
Mandilas Group Limited became a fully incorporated company on May 12th, 1950.
Became Volkswagen's sole importer and distributor.
Secured exclusive rights to distribute Carrier Air Conditioners.
Established Norman Industries Limited. Manufacturing the first room air conditioner in Africa.
Established the Volkswagen assembly in Lagos, advancing Nigeria's industrialisation.
Accredited as a leading Toyota automobile dealer.
Introduced Quick Service Centers for automobile solutions.
Appointed the first African and woman as Group CEO.
Appointed importer and distributor for Carrier Transicold in Nigeria.
