Job Summary
The Sales Agent is responsible for generating sales leads, building relationships with customers, and driving revenue growth across various customer verticals, including Retail Partners, Construction, Hospitality and Service Sector, by selling air conditioners, HVAC systems, or related appliances.
Scope and Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across assigned customer verticals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
- Provide excellent customer service and support to customers
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales goals
- Gather market intelligence and provide feedback to the sales team
- Meet or exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Manage dealer/customer relationships and provide post-sale follow-up
- Negotiate and close deals with customers
- Explain product features and benefits to customers
- Any other task as assigned by management.

- Strong field sales background with ability to generate and convert leads across retail or project channels

Procurement Manager
Job Summary
The Procurement Manager is responsible for leading the procurement function within Mandilas Group Limited. The role involves developing and implementing procurement strategies, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Scope and Responsibilities
- Develop and implement top quartile procurement strategies to achieve company objectives
- Build robust supplier database using category management principles and ensure continuous supplier performance management.
- Build and maintain relationships with suppliers to negotiate contracts, prices, and delivery terms.
- Manage contracts with suppliers, ensuring compliance with terms and conditions.
- Develop and implement efficient procurement processes to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
- Plan and manage procurement activities and collaborate with the finance team to develop procurement budgets and forecasts.
- Identify opportunities for cost savings and implement initiatives to reduce procurement costs.
- Identify and mitigate procurement risks, including supply chain disruptions and supplier insolvency, to ensure business continuity.
- Any other task as assigned by management.
