MANDILAS ACADEMY

The Mandilas Academy is a skills-based learning and development initiative designed to bridge the gap between classroom theory and real-world practice in the Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) industry. It aims to nurture the next generation of HVAC professionals through a competitive selection process, comprehensive training modules, and immersive internship experiences with leading industry players.

Who can join:​​

  1. Age 18 – 30 years
  2. Mechanical & Electrical Engineering students
  3. Minimum of OND
  4. Passionate about gaining hands-on experience.
