The Mandilas Academy is a skills-based learning and development initiative designed to bridge the gap between classroom theory and real-world practice in the Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) industry. It aims to nurture the next generation of HVAC professionals through a competitive selection process, comprehensive training modules, and immersive internship experiences with leading industry players.
Through our Medical Outreach programs, we bring essential health services directly to our communities. In collaboration with volunteer doctors, nurses, and healthcare workers, we conduct free medical camps, offer vital screenings, distribute medications, and provide health education.
By bringing healthcare to people where they are, we aim to prevent illness, promote wellness, and ensure that no one is left behind when it comes to healthcare.
We believe in the power of partnership to drive meaningful change. Through our Sponsorships, we support schools, government agencies, and major community events that align with our mission and values.
Whether it’s providing resources for educational programs, partnering with public institutions on development projects, or sponsoring impactful events that bring people together, our goal is to amplify efforts that uplift and empower.
Mandilas Academy gave me more than just skills — it gave me confidence, mentorship, and a clear career path. Today, I’m working full-time with one of the top HVAC companies in the country.
“Thanks to the foundation’s support, our students now have access to resources we never thought possible. Their investment in education is making a real difference in the lives of our students.”
Working with the foundation brought a level of professionalism and community engagement that truly elevated our event. Their partnership helped us reach more people and make a lasting impact.
Volunteering with the foundation’s medical outreach was one of the most rewarding experiences of my career. The gratitude from the community was overwhelming.
